GTA 5 Stuttering Problem

Hello, i have some stuttering problem with this game, it was unplayable. Also, i picked this game on Steam during sale. During first mission, using Michael, game run solid over 60 FPS on High Preset 1080p, but, during the next mission "Franklin and Lamar" it was a stuttery mess. I cant even drive properly. My specs is mostly better than the minimum required. I don't understand why the stuttering happen, or where do it come from. I have tried trying the lowest resolution and lowest resolution on DX 10, DX 10.1 and DX 11. It didn't work but the smoothest one is with DX 10.1.

My Specs is:
- Intel i5-8300H
- Nvidia GTX 1050 (Non-overclock)
- 4 GiB RAM 2667 Mhz
- Windows 10 Latest Update

GTA V is known to stutter on systems with 4gb or less of ram. Upgrading to 8gb of ram should help smooth it out.

Is there anything else i can do beside installing new ram? I don't want to void my warranty.

What is the make of the laptop? If done properly adding ram shouldn't void the warranty.

But 4gb of ram is not adequate for many games GTA V is one of them.

You can use MSI afterburner to limit your FPS,the stuttering is due to the main thread running too fast in relation to the other threads,cutting off FPS will slow it down,you can achieve the same thing by INCREASING the graphics quality which would also lower your FPS.

Or you could just tell the main thread not to run too fast,warning since rockstar is pretty fast to ban people use this at your own risk.
