GTA 5 Stuttering

Help!
My GTA 5 Stutters,Freezes and won't load textures properly
I'm using
Intel G4400
Zotac GTX 1050(Latest Driver)
MSI H110M Pro-VH
500GB HDD
HyperX 8GB DDR4 2400mhz
Seasonic M12II 520W + 80 Bronze

I saw benchmarks that this build can run 60fps on GTA 5 with High Presets at 1080p
I tried tinkering with the settings but only when I turn on MSAA the game would work fine but would eat up a lot VRAM and forcing me to lower the settings to normal

Hi! I don't really have an answer for you yet but could you please give me a link to any single one of the "benchmarks" that you saw indicating that "this build" will run GTA V at 1080p with High or better settings @ 60 FPS?

That would really help me and a lot of the other forum regulars if you could point us to where you got this "information" that we keep hearing about but have never seen. 😉
