GTA 5 wants me to reactivate

I bought GTA5 and installed on a laptop laptop is kinda crappy so dint play much I build a new PC and installed GTA5 logged into my account and it's asking for activation code. I went back on to the laptop and when it finally got done uodateing it to asked for a activation code. Any help?

Social club version. I resigned into the account that the game is tied to.. but its still acting for a new code. I even signed into the account on the old computer and after it updated it wanted a new code also
