i got i3 processor . 32 Bit . Nvidia Geforce 210 1 gb . 6 gb ram.
What will be i need to upgrade on my pc to run Gta 5 ?

Just upgrade the Windows to 64 bit. I think you should be able to run GTA V at the minimum settings because as far as I know Rockstar are making GTA V as an optimised game. Also, what model is your i3 processor?

The GeForce 210 is not a gaming card in the least, and even if he could run the game it would be at minimum settings with lag.

You are correct. I am sorry, I overestimated the low end GT 210 as I've heard it's decent. I can suggest a cheap upgrade to the GTX 750 Ti.
