It's already some time (two years?) where you can found AI plugins for game engines, mostly to generate graphic contents.
TH also have articles of remastered games with AI.

For the AI context, this is image to image (think of stable diffusion) with temporal cohesive. It requires rendered game play, then the AI transfer game image to photo realistic image. That is not rendered by AI, and certainly not real time.
