GTA IV Graphics Error

4GB DDR2 Ram
HD 6970 @Stock
250GB 2.5" HDD
500GB 2.5" HDD
400GB 2.5" HDD
320GB 3.5" HDD

So First I Had An HD 7570 Which I Gave To My Friend Until I Get My HD 6970 and He Gave Me His GT610 (I Know It Was Quite A Downgrade). My HD 6970 Should Be Able To Max Out GTA IV But I Cant and When I Run A Benchmark It Says My Video Is A Nvidia 9600GT. WTF ?!?!? Here's The Benchmark :

Go to your device manager, and make sure you've correctly uninstalled all previous video-card drivers.
Re-install your current video card driver. Be sure to not use the website's "Auto Detection" service, as they are commonly inaccurate.
Manually select and install the exact video card drivers from the company's website.

Thats GTA IV Getting 34 FPS, I Dont Have BF4 But I Play BF3 On Ultra With 30+ FPS.


& RooSalad Its Wierd Because In GTA EFLC It Says "AMD HD 6900 Series" As It Should.
