GTA IV mods and HD textures

Hi,

I have been trying to find out the best way to get GTA IV looking great with full HD textures. I have downloaded icenhancer 2.1 and it does look better but the graphics are a bit glitchy. I have found loads of links for HD textures but they are either for a car or road but I cant find a full encompassing HD texture pack. All links that I have found for the ultimate HD texture pack are all broken, I've spent quite some time trying to find this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ICE enhancer is the best out there... however, the game is far from optemized for PC, and ICEnhancer doesnt help that one bit. if you dont have it installed on a SSD, it might not load fast enough to look good

I have it installed on an SSD and it runs quite well apart from some clipping here and there. I just want to make it look as good as it does in some of those youtube videos.
I also have quite a powerful PC with a OC 7970 so it should have no problem running any of the mods.

its got nothing to do with your build... its all about optimization, and this game has almost none.

That answer doesn't make any sense. I'm also going through the same thing. I'm a bit confused. I watch the videos for Icenhancer and they're incredible. I'm using the mod and it looks beautiful but it's not even really close to what's shown in the videos and I don't know which mods to get to make it look like that. The confusing part is those videos say it's only Icenhancer but mine is definitely not that good. And my PC runs the game just fine with mods.

It is really, really hard right now to find the right recommendations because most of the mods are so old and most tutorials I come across have bad links.
