GTA IV Not Working After Patch Update

Good day, I patched GTA IV with the latest 1.0.8.0 patch now it's not working I'm always getting stuck in the option menu in the game startup. I'm using a laptop running Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i7-7500u, DDR4 4GB RAM, Nvidia 940mx.

Buy it, no one is going to help you with your stolen game. You might want to run some anti-virus after visiting trash sites like that. LOL.
