GTA iv - social club password

hey everyone , we can all agree this game is hell , i can't restore my social club password to play online , when i enter social club and send a request for restoring the password it says : Thank you, please check your inbox for the reset password email.
the thing is , i have been waiting 2 days for the massage and it didn't came -_-"

Whats so hellish about it? Mine works just fine. What would you like anyone here to do about your password? No one here is going to assist you in bypassing it. Its against the rules.

Check you spam mail, it may have been sent there. As mentioned earlier we will not help bypass your password.

nope nothing on my junk mail :\ . i really want to play it , and i am not asking any one to bypass my password , i just want to know the right way to restore the password ! 🙁

Try contacting Rockstar there is nothing we can do to help reset the password.

wow , i have 2 accounts , one is using hotmail , other uses gmail , the gmail got the password rest in 1 min , maybe the problem is from hotmail >?
