I have one computer runing a core 2 duo at 3.06 and a nvidia gt130 512mb card that hold 30fps in the game where my second computer with a sandybridge I7 at 2ghz with the AMD Radeon HD 6490M 1024mb strugles to hold 20fps whats happening here??

Well the 6490M is not that good though. You can try to install the latest drivers for the embedded video card just make sure it runs at its fullest
