GTA IV!

I installed GTA4 yesterday, i installed it. But if I try to launch that, and getting one black window and it gets close. Thats it🙁 game is not opening🙁 please help me on this🙁
i have 3rd generation I3 processor with 2GB DDR3 RAM. with inbuilt Intel 4000 Graphics🙁

I'm not sure if your PC is good enough to run it. Do you have a dedicated GPU?

GTA IV runs terribly even on much more powerful PCs.

along with that am getting one more error message like, 'ordinal 42 could not be located in the dynamic link library :\\windows\SYSTEM32\xlive.dll.' What dose this mean???
