gta liberty city stories problem

hello guys im having a problem with gta liberty city stories lag problem it lags to much even if i put it to lowest settings' when i put it to lowest settings and normal settings it lags and stop moving then it runs good then it lags again i cant play it pls someone help me pls

Can you tell us about you computer? Is it a laptop, a desktop? You might be using an integrated graphics card from the processor.
If you have an nvidia graphics card, try right clicking on you desktop > NIVIDIA Controlpanel >3D Settings > Find you game on the list and if you can choose a setting somewhere that says something about high power, click that. My computer is in danish and I don't have an integrated graphics card apparently so I don't have any pictures and the names might be a little off .
