[SOLVED] GTA Online 100% disk usage and time out

When I play GTA Online, GTA Freezes while on online while driving a car. My GTA will go to 100% disk usage on my game ssd for about 10-15 seconds then my game times out. I dont get an error code in event viewer other than a warning saying that the device was reset. There was no paging file on the drive because I have 32gb of ram and do not need the paging file. My temps are not high and are just above room temp.
My Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
RTX 2070
32gb 3000mhz
480gb ssd (boot drive)
240gb ssd (Game drive that has GTAV)
650w psu

Re-enable your pagefile for testing

If ultra low latency is turned on in NvidiaCP (new feature) try it off.
