Question GTA Online issues

FPS in GTA Online is a lot lower than in singleplayer. Example: in singleplayer I'm getting 90-130 FPS,
and in Online: 40 to 50
Could it be bottleneck or something?
Specs:
Xeon E3-1275 v2
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 560 Ti 1GB

It normal to have less fps in online than offline.With all the aditional content like toxic oppressor players and bombs everywhere,its expected,especially when you have a full lobby.And you have a really weak graphics card,i would look to upgrade that to somewhere around 1050Ti level of performance.Try capping your fps to 60,lower you graphics settings.Try that.
