[SOLVED] GTA Problems Help

Sometimes when I open gta 5 and it says cpu requirements error this will not run and sometimes it opens but really laggy. Its weird because couple months ago it was running perfectly fine


CPU - I3 6100 3.7Ghz

RAM - 8 Gb

Motherboard - ASUS H110M-K (LGA1151)

GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

HDD - 1Tb Wester Digital

GTA suddenly started lagging I dont know why. I use to get 60 fps with high/very high settings now now even on low settings I get 7 Fps

does this game update itself from time to time or is it a stagnant file?
