GTA: SA Driving School - 180 Degree Turn?

Passed the first test without a problem and the second test is to
drive down the lane... do a 180 degree turn without hitting any cones
and drive back... I do this but keep getting 0%...

Do I drive outside of the cones or inside and why do I keep getting 0%
cause I drive inside the cones and do a 180 turn using the handbrake
and drive back and still get 0%...

Inside the cones. You cannot stop until your car is back in the
starting position. Stopping will kill the run.

Go back and watch the video again to see the stopping position.

yep, I blew so many by coming to a stop just a split second too early.
You have to be inside the stopping zone
