Question GTA V 0xc000007b

I got GTA V from Epic Store and i installed it and i get this error:

GTA5.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click OK to close the application.

My specs:
My specs-
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
16GB of RAM
MSI 1060 6GB Armor Graphics Card
1TB of Storage
Microsoft Windows 10
Gigabyte B450M DS3H

Ive tried a lot of things like:
Install Microsoft Net Framework
http://www.microsoft.com/

Install Microsoft Visual C ++
http://www.microsoft.com

Install DirectX
http://www.microsoft.com/

Reboot your computer.
Run your application as administrator.
Reinstall your application.
Reinstall Windows 10
Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages.
Update your Windows.
Run check disk.
Anything else i can do?

Did you install vcredist 2010? In my case the lack of 2010 version was the cause even though I had 2013 already installed.
