GTA V activation On another PC

OK so I recently installed GTA V on my computer. It great. And I know that it only works for one time. The activation code that is. But the thing is, I am switching OS from Windows 10 Enterprise (which is what I have right now) to Windows 10 Home in a month. How can I install my GTA V onto the new OS. I am planning on in installing it from my current OS. So I 2oupd like to know how I can deactivate my game then activate it on another machine... any help welcomed. If you can a step by step guide would be really helpful. Or if you can't, a link to a rockstar page or something along the lines of that.

Moving OS with the same Hard Drive will keep the game. I changed from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and all my games have saved. So the answer is that the game will stay as long as you don't change the Hard Drive.

Yes but I am planning on formatting my HDD and reinstalling Windows 10

If you have the game on steam, just login on steam using your current details and you press the install button right next to GTA V. You have to install it again but you don't have to pay for it.
