Anyone know how to get rid of this?

that overlay start to show when i open the game,
never had this before
already tried to remove rockstar folder in /document
did not solve the problem

Look at your mods should be coming from a mod.

i dont even use a mod, triend to reistall the game (with backup file), did not resolve this
will try to fresh install later (will take all day) 🙁
