GTA V artifact and looking messed up

It was working fine with the drivers that came on my CD, 7870 sapphire, then when I reinstalled all my drivers it looks like this, with 15.7 and 15.5 and 15.6, I may as well go back to my old old old drivers but I get bad performance, here is what it looks like. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/442827467491451914/2EBD2097275F0F4A67137AFA06E0A5D411C501CF/

EDIT: GTA V still looks like that on my old CD drivers
EDIT: Also the benchmark in GTA runs fine
UPDATE: Guys it runs fine in safe mode for some reason, afeter the zlib error, how to force constant safe mode?

Then it's probably a driver problem. Can you try reducing all settings in GTA V to the lowest, then restart the game and try it. What resolution are you playing GTA V at?

1600x900, and ok if it's a driver issue WHICH driver do I use none of them work, and I'll try that but I don't know if ittl work

How do you get rid of the old drivers? Use the amd option when installing or the DDU
After that maybe even clean the registry with ccleaner.Make a back-up just for sure.

I do and have done for many many times, so I initally was running it fine off of my old drivers, then during installation of new ones it crashed and I had to reinstall windows, so i just reinstalled windows 2 days ago, it's just GTA story mode, idk about online as I've not done the prologue

if changing drivers are not helping then try gta v updates, update 5 was stable , but latest update may giving u problem

It's probably GTA 5 in itself. I'm assuming it's a genuine copy of the game.
