GTA V ASUS GTX 770 Problem

today i put in my pc a new gtx 770 and i try f1 2015 codemasters much better than the gtx 660 msi i have yesterday, so i say im gonna try gta v, i expect 60fps and more because in my gtx 660 55-60fps and so start the game and i see 30-40fps wtf with the same settings i dont know, maybe i have to reinstall?

what cpu do you have? You might be processor bound.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.36ghz tomorrow im gonna try to reinstall but i dont understeand other games like the witcher 3 go at 60fps in high-ultra with the 770 and gta v no im very sad
