GTA V cant start in offline and online mode

So I have GTA V installed trough discs, so that means no Steam sadly..... but what my problem is that when i start gta 5 the social club window opens and it says .... offline mode not available....
and when I try to open gta online it says the same thing.... It would be great if someone knows the solution to this problem.

is this the Retail original version or the cracked version??
