I recently bought a new 1TB HDD for data storing and a 120GB SSD for OS and programs. Before, I have a 320GB laptop-size HDD and GTA V worked fine, but after I installed my new HDD and moved the game there, began to work badly.
In GTA Online after a few minutes of loading, the disk reaches 100% usage and freezes the game until usage goes down. Memory is about 80% usage and SSD usage is about 1-5%. This didn't happens in my old 320GB HDD.
Anyway to fix it?

Solution
I see you have pagefile on C: and D: .
You should remove it from HDD and leave it on SSD only.

Also excessive pagefile usage signals about insufficient memory. Consider upgrading your ram to 16GB.

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM010 1TB 7200RPM
SSD: Crucial BX300 120GB

I don't see Current Pending Sectors parameter in that list. Other than that - health looks fine.

Can you reproduce 100% disk usage situation and show screenshot from Resource Monitor - Disk Activity tab (order it by column Total, file names visible)?
It should look like this:

The game freeze my PC and then crashed. I only could take these screenshot:

I disabled pagefile on HDD but now crashes when freezes. I will try reinstalling.

I changed the pagefile size to 8192min - 16384max and reinstalled. Now it seems to be working fine.
