GTA V Crash Problems

When ever I open GTA V, it works fine, I open story mode, and I can look around and shoot, but as soon as I click any button to move around, my game crashes. It even happens in "safe mode". I reinstalled GTA V, which took a painful 3-4 HOURS. And the problem still persists. Any recommendations on what I should try next. My computer has been restarted and shut down maybe 7 times, nothing changes. I used to play the game perfectly fine, no issues, then I stopped playing for maybe half a year and wanted to come back to the game and get this.

i7 6700
GTX 960 2GB
16GB RAM

Try to reinstall your GPU drivers as well as direct X 11. It may help.
