GTA V crashes like when a GPU is OC

I have got a Sapphire R9 380 4GB (Not overclocked) and an Intel core i5 4690K 3.5Ghz (Using on 4Ghz)! When I play GTA V it crashes in 10min-to 2 hours! It's just suddenly frezze ann my GPU fan what I have on 100% get 0% about 1 second then get back to 100%! This was then when I overclocked my GPU and it cant handle it! But in GTA V I have 45-80fps on ultra well it can't be that bad! I have 60-70 degree celsius for my GPU and CPU! What can I do! Is this bad for my card?

No, the GPU isn't OC

what is you OC settings? vcore? multiplier?

I don't know, I run my gpu on factory OC on 985Mhz and memory on 1450Mhz
