By the way, sorry for my bad english. I have ryzen 5 3550h processor and gtx 1650 Vga card (4GB). I don't know why but if i play GTA V, after 2-3 minutes i play it in 40fps average, it will drop to 5-7 fps just like 5 seconds. It will be repeated again and again and it is so annoying, i have 8 GB of rams btw so i am sure my spec is enough to play this game. When i change my graphic settings (3.5 GB Vram Usage) become lower (2.8 GB Vram Usage) It still the same. When i change it to another lower settings (2.5 GB Vram) the 'Fps Drop' is gone.
I don't have idea what happened here, when i play Watch Dogs 2 in ultra settings (4.2 GB Vram) which is break the limit of my Vga Vram, i don't get the drop fps. Anyone can help me please?

Solution
Sounds like memory problem.

You are probably trying to run it with multiple apps open in the background.

I had the same issue but when I upgraded RAM from 4 to 6 GB, the lag was gone.

Although it's minimum requirement is 4 GB, but you need 6 GB to run it properly, and more if your resolution is 1080p or above.
