GTA V Gaming build

Hi guys so im building a pc for gaming, i want to play gta v on it, will my pc be able to play it and on what settings. i also have a choice of cpu : intel i5 3470s and intel xeon E3-1230 V2.

my specs

asrock h61m-vs3 motherboard

8GB ram

Corsair vs650 psu

Nvidia gtx 760 2gb

coolmaster pro cooling system

Are they the same price? If yes, then get the Xeon E3-1230 V2. The Xeon is like an i7

Use The xeon E3-1230 V2 its really good, its like 4770k just without onboard graphics
