24gb ram
sapphire rx 580 nitro 8gb gpu

update the GPU drivers
disable all graphics settings or set it to minimum and enable/raise the setting one by one to have a look which setting is getting you problems
eventually underclock the GPU
which PSU are you using?
to have a look what the problem could be:
