GTA V issues

hello there i bought GTA v a month ago.
im having very bad stuttering during game .
even textures don't load that fast.
when i do benchmark on medium settings it show about 35-45-50 FPS most of the time but still it stutters even in during bechmark
whats the problem
my LAPTOP specs

i7 6500u
4gb ddr4 2133mhz cl 15
1 tb wd 54oo rpm hdd
gtx 920mx gddr3 2GB

increase your laptop ram to atleast 8GB.the 4gb ram itself wont be enough for gta 5 not to mention the OS itself will take a huge chunk of the ram itseft.

Increasing the ram alone won't help 4Gb is low but it doesn't cause heavy stutter and slow texture loading,a 5400rpm drive on the other hand can cause at least the slow texture loading possibly the stutters too,although that could be caused by the CPU changing clocks all the time to preserve battery,try choosing performance mode in control panel->power options.

Also if you get 35-40 FPS in the game try locking your FPS at 35-40FPS that way your cpu wont overwork itself to reach higher FPS and you will get a smoother gameplay,you can use riva tuner that's a part of msi afterburner which is an app you should have anyway to monitor cpu and gpu usage and temps.
