GTA V Keeps Minimizing

ok so,
i have 42 hours on GTA V ans this just started today where the game will minimize to the desktop by itself, looked online tried windowed and windowed borderless it wont minimize but it will still kick my mouse out of the program and ill have to click on the window to get back in. i have an idea what it is but not to sure how to go about it, i got a windows update last night, installed it and now skype is giving me endless "Adobe Flash player" errors and i think i goofed up my hitting "hide all"
More online looking around said it *MIGHT* be because of USB drives but iv had my USE Hard Drive in for 3 months and not a single problem so i think we can ditch that idea

I used to have this problem so here is a few solutions. Dont even have skype open when you launch the game. I have endless problems with skype. If that doesnt work I would recommend going to the Steam Store and buying a program called "Borderless Gaming" this program helped me a ton and I highly recommend it.

ive NEVER had a problem with skype before, its like my USB drive its always open, i think that windows update has something to do with it
