GTA V Key problem from G2A?

Hey guys, i recently brought a game key from G2A which was Grand Theft Auto 5. I finished the story mode and played a lot of multiplayer but i was having some problems so i decided to stupidly uninstall the game completely (I do have the Story mode saves in my documents however). I tried to reinstall it but when i tried to it said i had no orders on record, since i purchased the game on G2A. I do not have the code for the game so i cannot reactivate it since i deleted the email.

My question is if there is anyway i could get the code again or if Rockstar would be able to do anything about it, i have already messaged their support but i heard they don't reply the quickest and are apparently useless to people as a read on forums. Thank you very much guys.

Your key should be tied to your rockstar account

I'm feeling bad to say this but probably you lost the game. G2a is known for delivering keys that are stolen/generated. Your key was probably one of them. Rockstar games only detected it now. What you could still try is to mail G2a but don't hope to much. :/

your G2A account may have a record of the purchase and the associated key.

The grey market key sellers I use do at least, but I don't use G2A cause it rarely comes up as the cheapest place for me to get keys.

the prices are in euros, but even after conversion to USD and the international transaction fee, it's still cheaper.

If you have a g2a account (& I'm fairly certain you have to to buy from them) you should have details still on the purchases page in your account options.

I'm fairly certain that i didn't log in to a G2A account when i purchased the item, is there anyway i can get a refund though?

You're losing me here , to run GTA v on pc you need the rockstar social club app.
To use that you need a username & password.
Once logged in the account knows what games you own & have purchased much like steam or origin.

Did you buy a game key or a rockstar account preloaded with the game ??

When you purchase something from G2A you do not have to insert login details, you just put in your card infomation. This is what i meant, so i don't know how to get a refund if i haven't even logged into an account is what i meant.

You should have an account on rockstar social club. You can login to it here http://www.rockstargames.com/
