[SOLVED] GTA V Lag

Hi, i think i have a problem with my gta 5. I have Ryzen 3 2200G with single channel 8 gigs at 3000mhz (O.C.). Is normal when i click ESC i have some lags with my mouse, like FPS drops. Is that normal, when i play game is playable (it runs at 40-60 fps i think) im just confused because i downloaded it a few days ago and i saw this problem. Just want to know is this normal and what if i set 2 gigs of VRAM, how much FPS i will get? And i will buy another RAM for dual-channel

I have also faced this.

I think it's normal.

I can run that game at 60+ fps but when i press esc, i see some lag.
