Question GTA V lagging...

Just a short question,
GTA V is lagging very hard while I was testing on highest settings (using around 3500MB out of 8000MB). Now is my question why?
PC specs:
ASUS Prime B450m-A
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Radeon RX570 8gb
8gb RAM

What speed is your ram? Is it dual channel? I used to get bad stutters on gta but then I upgraded to 16gb of ram and it sorted it right out

It is dual channel RAM, speed: 2800 MHz

Are all drivers upto date?

My GPU, CPU and hard disc, I have checked and they are up to date
