GTA V lightning bug in prologue

Hi all, I installed GTA V today on my pc and I got this lightning-ish bug which I cannot play with.

I installed latest drivers. All other games like Witcher 3, Mad Max, Watch Dogs 2 etc. are working normally as you would expect.
I tried putting everything to lowest settings and windowed 800x600, still the same issue.

My specs:

i7-6700
Asus GTX 1070 8G
16 GB DDR4
MSI B150 Night Elf

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks for response.

Is it the Steam or Rockstar Social Club version of the game?

Social Club, unfortunately.

Is it fully patched? There were prologue issues in the early versions of the games that had to be patched. Its still a common issue on the cracked versions because they cant be updated.

I don't know if it is fully patched, I though it is gonna download the patches automatically. How can I find out? And if I need a patch, where can I download it? Thanks.

Never mind, it looks like it's got newest patch 1.0.944.2, so I guess it couldn't be caused by this?
