GTA V looks very slow,even while running at 50 FPS!Please help me!

Hi to all,

my Lenovo Y-700-15ISK specs are: i7-6700 HQ, 16 GB DDR4 RAM and Nvidia GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5.

When I play GTA V ,even it is running at 50 FPS the game looks very slow! it runs smooth only at 60 FPS!

I have seen many videos on YouTube with the game running at 45-50 FPS,and the game doesn't look so slow as while I play it on my laptop,theirs 50 FPS look nearly as my 60 FPS!

Please help me!
