GTA V missing file.

I just bought gta v and downloaded it smoothly and everything. And when i start it it pops up showing "bink2w64.dll is missing, please reinstall the game". and i have done that and it still shows that. but sometimes when i start the game the same way it completely fine. please help me its bothering me very much.

You can download this file online. scan it for virus first then copy it into the game directory or bin folder where the game launcher .exe is located.
