[SOLVED] GTA V Not loading in textures

I only have a few mods installed and until now it has started to go down in fps down to 10 or 15 and the textures will not load in. Some images here of scripts folder and main directory:

Thanks! I have a i5-8300H 2.3ghz 8 core and a Geforce GTX 1050TI and 8GB ram and a 7200 rpm 500gb hdd with GTA 5 installed.

I have already tried that, didn't fix anything. Removed all files ending in.asi and everything in my scripts folder, oh and disabled my mods folder by making it hidden.

try reinstall the game?
could be driver or gpu issue.
is this the only game having issue?

Thanks! I found out what the problem was it was a problem in my scripts folder with one of my scripts I had to completely remove the folder.
