GTA V not opening but in Task Manager?

For some reason my GTA refuses to open in a window and I have no idea what's going on, the odd thing is that it opens in Task Manager. I've re-installed the game, verified files, and sent in a ticket to Rockstar. Rockstar Social Club opens but the game itself just wont.
