Question GTA V occasional blurry texture flickering

It appears to be at random but it sometimes occurs in cut scenes, and its typically more noticeable and worse.

This is basically what happens. At the end it shows my graphic settings that I currently use. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello Delviii! I am currently experiencing the Exact same issues.

My Specs: I5 7500 + gtx 1070 with 16 gb RAM.

Graphics settings is "Very High" on almost everything. Nothing fixes this blur and fuzz happening, and some micro stattering despite running at 60 fps all the time. 🙁
