[SOLVED] Gta v on pc stutters, crashes

Hey everybody!
Specs: gtx 1080 16gb ddr4 i5-8600k(not overclocked)
The game is installed on a HDD( could this be a problem?) It is a seagate barracude 2TB
I've put my settings on low/medium and textures on high, grass on normal.
Using directx 11, game is put to fullscreen
no mods

Can anyone help me, this is really annoying and i've been trying to fix it the past 2 days

Only thing that you will have to maybe try is reinstalling the game as hard drives won't usually cause stutters on only 1 game and a gtx 1080 on low/medium settings just weird but no judgements

Since there's no active overclocks I can't tell u anything else other than reinstall the game

For the stuttering this will help, but keep in mind that rockstar is easy on the bans so try this in offline mode to see if it helps.
The game should not be crashing though.
