GTA V online keeps disconnecting me

Hey guys been playing gtav online since release and every 30 minutes or so, it says everyone has left my lobby, at first i thought there was an issue with my ISP so after a phone call to them and a few checks found my connection to be fine, so is there an issue with gta or do i need to forward some ports or something to stop this ?? Any help greatly appreciated

It's literally an issue with GTA 5 and their servers, they have never been even close to "decently reliable" Sad really, I always thought that would be the best part of the game...
