GTA V PC install disk wont read

I bought GTA V pc on disk and when i put the install disk in nothing happens and when i click on the disk drive the only file in the disk is an .INI file named desktop is there a solution to this problem or a workaround where i can download it and use the activation key after downloading it.

My CD drive does work because i just tested it with other games i have on CD and they run fine but all of the GTA v disks won't work.

[Solution] I turned my pc off and on and it worked
