GTA V PC Issues

Hi, I was wondering if there is a possible fix to my issue. It's that when ever I play GTA V even on the lowest of the low, I get awful framerates. It's been really annoying as I was told I was able to run it.

Specs:

AMD A-10 Quad Core 5700 APU 3.40GHz
8GB DDR3 (Single Channel / 1 Stick)
Radeon HD R9 270x OC 2GB Dual-X
(Running it in 1080p)

I've had the same problem with low fps during GTA immediately after I installed it, especially when tryna go at higher speeds in cars, unbearable.. But I've got it near 100% smooth now by first off downloading the gta 5 improved performance driver (I have the r9 270x asus). Once you installed that driver, there's a program along with it that allows you to optimize the gta 5 settings for your GPU, with one click.. Click on there n' try again Take it from that point, if you remain to lagg, i'd first off lower grass quality as i've read that it may be bugged and has to be patched causing lagg
