GTA V pc lag

In GTA V I lag, my pc is a gtx 960 and an i5-4690k, it is always lagging no matter what I do, I tried changing the settings to the lowest it can be and it still lags. Please help!!!!

Lagging how? Always at low framerates, or dips to low? Freezing/stuttering?

Your GPU isn't able to handle the graphics you are trying to play at at high enough frame rates. Get a better GPU or turn down your graphics. Also, make sure your GPU is seated properly and has adequate cooling. If you are overclocking the GPU, stop and reset to factory defaults. A bad overclock can drastically harm performance.

right away as I start the game it lags, I cant even change the settings without lagging, I can't even load the game, it freezes every other seconds.

Sounds like a driver issue. Did you uninstall/reinstall your NVIDIA driver with the latest?
