Question GTA V PC (STEAM)

I bought GTA V last night on Steam. I successfully downloaded and installed it. But when I tried to run the game, it has a error "Steam failed to initialize. Please verify that the Steam Client is running and try again". How to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Steam > Library > GTAV > Properties > Verify integrity of game files.

You could also check Steam Client updates.

After checking these restart the system, go back into Steam and try the game again.
