GTA V pixel bug

Hello. I was wondering if anyone else has this pixel bug that i have when playing GTA V. My pc is pretty weird, and is often stuttering and "lagging" in other games aswell such as CS:GO and H1Z1, which it shouldnt do.

Here is some screenshots of the bug: http://imgur.com/a/D88Dq - The best pic is probly the last one, where you can see that the grass is very pixelated. You can also see on the buildings that its small pixels or whatever.

Have had this bug since i got the pc, tried different drivers, turned on MSA and also upgraded to w10. I've done alot of troubleshooting without any luck. Hope you can help!

My PC-specs:
nVidia GTX 980
i7-4790k 4.00 GHz
HyperX 8gb x2
Samsung EVO 850 250gb SSD
Corsair RM 750 psu

Are you overclocking your GTX 980? I get those artifacts when I overclock too much on some games. Some games are more sensitive to overclocking than others.

Sorry for very late answer, have been busy and forgot to check in on the thread!
I have not overclocked my gtx 980, all standard there. My i7 is oc'ed however, but ive also tried to play without oc and its still the same bug. Ty for trying to help!

something I found online after doing a little research says there are two possible fixes:

Fix 1:
Disable MSAA

Fix 2:
Lower Post FX

These are in-game settings.
