Hey.

Basically, here are my specs : i7-4770, 8gb ram, GTX 760 1.5gb GDDR5.

I think i'm right on (or a bit over) the recommended specs for GTA V. I optimized the game settings with Nvidia Experience to the ''optimal'' (right between performance and quality). However, I can't run higher than 25-29FPS on ultra high and I get little frame freezes every 2-3 seconds making the game barely playable.
The game runs well if I optimize on medium or high quality, but still can't get higher than 29fps.

So what should I do/check/change to be able to play on ultra high 30fps?

Always always alway got a 'can I run it' questions, then GO TO

WWW.CANIRUNIT.COM and look for yourself. The RECOMMENDED hardware is what will make the game 'like I saw on youtube'. If you don't have it then NO it won't play like you saw on youtube. You can either PAY TO PLAY (PC Gaming is expensive) or settle for a PS4 which then you will never have to ask this question again
