Hello !
I want to ask you about my problem, yes it is like the title said...
i have a PC, and this is my RIG :
i5-760 2.8 GHz
GTX 950 MSI GAMING 2G
8 GB 1600 MHz
Sata 1 TB
But with this RIG my GTA V won't render the graphics perfectly, especially when i get too fast.
Someone ??

i've alr tried some "tricks" :
1, High Prio
2.uninstall several Useless Programs
3. Re-Installing Windows and GTA V

Solution
I have my Solution,
1. Defrag your HDD (i'm using HDD tho)
2. Download Prio just to make your Game(s) to be always set as Priority

This way is successful on my computer to 60-90 FPS High Setting
After Defragging my HDD and setting my BIOS ( Voltage ), and then restart my computer.
i can play smoothly 80 FPS High Setting if i make GTA V to High Prio... everytime i play, i need to make it high Prio...
Can someone help me, to make it always priority ?

You won't get help with that attitude.

Not everyone gets their games from Steam and it's not obvious. He asked that to make sure you didn't pirate the game.

Okay... i'm so sorry for my bad attitude, and i just wanna to say that i have the game from the Steam.

Okay, so try this:

1. Right clicking the GTAV.exe
2. Click Properties
3. Go to Compatibility tab
4. Select the Run This Program As An Administrator check box
5. Click Apply
6. Click Ok
7. Just to be sure the settings have been applied, restart your PC.
8. Run GTA V.
