Gta V - Snow Mod PC

Hello is there a way to get snow in GTA 5? i have tried a couple of snow mods but i get a message saying "snow mod not compatible with this version of GTAV".

I missed the pc snow at christmas so id like to experience it without haven to wait a whole year to see it again.

my gta is up to date i have genuine game yes i know i could get banned but been trying mods while pc is disconnected from internet in the hope it dont upset rockstar.
