GTA V Stuttering in vehicles

Hi,

I recently purchased GTA V for my PC, and I can run it 60+FPS on decent settings, however after about 10 minutes in a vehicle, driving starts to stutter and becomes unplayable in vehicles, yet if I leave the vehicle, the game becomes stable again.

My specs are:
Intel i3-2130 @3.4GHz
EVGA GTX960 4GB
6GB RAM
550W PSU

What are your CPU and gpu temps when this happens?

GPU is around 50-60 degrees Celsius, and CPU is about the same, maybe a little more

This was a comment on a similar post: "I had the same problem, I opened task manager and found a file called RzSurroundVADStreamingService, It turns out that was causing mine to lag every few seconds."
You could also change the launch options if you are playing the Steam version.

I have everything on minimum, and it still lags. And I don't have anything called "RzSurroundVADStreamingService"

Im not a CPU expert, but it could be possible that you are experiencing a CPU bottleneck. The problem also could be the RAM, since the minimum is 4GB. (My PC has 12GB of RAM, an I5-4460 and a GTX 960 2GB and I have never had this problem.)

I bought another 4GB stick to bring the RAM up to 8GB, should be delivered soon.
